What is hard anodised aluminium?

Hard anodised cookware uses a unique combination of dual-layer materials: hard anodised aluminium on the outside, premium stainless steel on the inside. Le Creuset have continued their dual-layering throughout the whole saute pan to guarantee excellent heat conduction performance and prevent hot-spots. The hard anodised exterior is then finished with a durable non-stick coating for easy cleaning.

Fried Spring Vegetables using PHA frying pans

A simple, healthy side dish with colorful fresh produce.

4 white pearl onions
4 baby carrots
200g new potatoes
4 new turnips
freshly ground black pepper
Peel, wash and dry the vegetables.
Melt butter with oil in a Le Creuset Professonal Hard Anodised frying pan over a low/medium heat.
Stirring regularly, fry the vegetables until golden.
