A sturdy, aluminium base ensures excellent heat conduction, reaching the highest temperature in the shortest time in comparison to cast iron, iron and stainless steel counterparts. The Alba Sauté Pan is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. The aluminium distributes heat uniformly over the entire surface to achieve more consistent cooking results. Extremely durable Keravis Ti-X non-stick coating with titanium reinforcement, suitable for daily use; PFOA, heavy metal and nickel free. Excellent roasting properties with excellent abrasion resistance. Heat-resistant stainless steel V-style handles with stainless steel rivets ensure high stability and withstands temperatures of up to 250°C in the oven. Recommended for use with wooden or plastic utensils only to avoid damage to the coating.
