Use this cutter and plunger to produce bird shaped cutouts from fondant or gum paste. Roll out the fondant or gum paste, cut out the bird shape with the cutter, then press the plunger to emboss the bird and press out with the plunger. Can also be used to emboss directly onto your cake.
