Rainbow Dust Professional Food Ink Pen Red

Developed by Rainbow Dust in the UK, this professional 100% edible ink pen is perfect for both amateur and professional decorators. It has 2 tips with different sized nibs – one is only 0.5mm & is great for intricate work such as facial features on sugar models, the other is 2.5mm & is ideal for filling in. These pens are much easier than using a brush! The specially formulated edible ink is quick drying too. These pens are suitable for vegetarians, Kosher, Halal, and GM free.
Our tip: When using the fine nib, tiny particles of sugar dust from the model are absorbed into the nib. Over time, these can clog the nib and it would seem that the pen has run out of ink. All that is required is to dip the nib into warm water to melt and release the sugar particles, wipe dry and begin to use again. Your pen will be restored to its original working order.
