Product Specifications

Designed in Denmark, these spectrum cutting boards by Scanpan are the perfect food prep accessory and is available in 3 colours and 3 sizes. Featuring a handy hanging hole in one corner, this board can easily be stored vertically in a cupboard or on a hanging rack. The cutting board is very high-density and non-porous and knife friendly – it will not dull blades.

Non-absorbent surface
Easy to clean and dishwasher safe – however, due to the nature of the cleansing process, we recommend that you hand wash your board and dry thoroughly with a towel.
All boards are 8mm thick

These are quite good. Sadly, I emphasise the 'quite'. The board material is good and does not seem to blunt knives. I was pleased with that. However, 1/ they are too thin and light and slide around until you get used to dealing with that! And 2/ Not enough sizes! Even the largest size is a small chopping board. I'm using these are meat cutting boards and got a couple of much larger acrylic boards that were 20mm thick.
