This WMF Roasting Pan Set is perfect for larger portions of meat, fish or poultry. You can use this very versatile roaster for roasting and braising, steaming and smoking or for cooking in a water bath. The lid can also be used for roasting and consists of a Trans-Therm universal base. The rectangular/oval pot shape with two handles is ideal for cooking, searing and braising fish and meat. If you put a heat-resistant glass or metal lid on it, the food will cook evenly. The roaster is used on all types of stoves and also performs well in the oven. Made of Cromargan® stainless steel or cast iron, it stores the heat for a long time and transfers it evenly to the food.
