Bitz

The nutritionist Christian Bitz launched the tableware of the same name together with F&H in 2016. The basis for this development was his knowledge of health, which he acquired as a researcher, author and lecturer. The idea behind the elegant tableware is that it should be more fun and easier to live healthy in everyday life, i.e. to eat more slowly and more consciously. During the development process, he benefited from the different structures of the materials and colours as well as creating a design that makes it easier to get a grip on the portions. Christian Bitz has hosted and appeared in several Danish TV programs, and has an MSc in human nutrition and research director at Herlev and Gentofte Hospital, where he is involved in numerous research projects and the development of the food to patients.
