Food production is led by Tigs Conran, a talented culinary expert originally from Ireland, known for ensuring the consistent quality and flavour of every product. With a strong background in hospitality across Hawke’s Bay, Tigs brings experience, passion, and a touch of Irish charm to the kitchen.

Supporting the production process is Matt and Retail Manager Elizabeth Read. A familiar face at the Hawke’s Bay Farmers Market each Sunday, Elizabeth shares knowledge and enthusiasm for fine food, offering expert pairing suggestions, especially with a personal favourite, Chilli Undressed. From Monday to Thursday, Elizabeth can also be found in the on-site retail store, packing orders and assisting customers.
