It can be clipped to a shelf or placed directly in a freezer or cooler to measure temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. This water-submersible thermometer records high and low temperatures and clearly displays the current temperature. Made from anti-microbial plastic, it helps inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold.

To use, unscrew the top to access the battery compartment and insert 2 AA batteries. Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius using the “F/C” switch inside the compartment. The thermometer automatically records high and low temperatures every 24 hours, starting from the moment the batteries are installed.
