Instructions:

1. Place circle of thin dough on the press. Place filling in the centre. Moisten edge with water egg mixture
2. Fold over
3. Press firmly and seal to form a half-circle
4. Open and gently remove from the press
5. Steam, pan fry, deep fry or bake
