Handy Hints:
- To get double the volume when beating egg whites, add one teaspoon of cold water for each egg white.
- If you happen to get a little egg yolk in your white, simply dampen a small piece of cloth in cold water and touch the cloth to the yolk. The cloth will act like a magnet and draw the yolk from the white like magic
