Instructions
- Cover the tray with flour
- Lay on the tray a layer of pastry of the same width
- Press lightly in the holes and put in the filling
- Cover with another layer of pastry and dust with more flour
- Roll the rolling pin to close and cut the ravioli
- Turn the tray over to easily remove the cut ravioli squares
We recommend handwashing the ravioli mould and drying it very carefully
