A better steak deserves a better knife.
At the heart of the Oliva Elité steak knife set is refined craftsmanship built for dining precision. Messermeister crafts each handle from richly figured Mediterranean olive wood, resulting in a warm, tactile feel in the hand and a secure, comfortable grip. At the same time, artisans forge each blade from premium German stainless steel to ensure strength, balance, and long-term performance.
Because control matters at the table, craftspeople finish each serrated blade with carefully formed teeth that bite cleanly through cooked meats. As a result, the knife glides through steak, chicken, and pork without tearing or crushing the fibres. Meanwhile, the satin-finished surface supports smooth motion and easy release with every cut.
Equally important, the compact blade length keeps the knife nimble and comfortable during meals. This balance allows diners to slice cleanly and confidently, whether cutting a thick steak or a delicate piece of meat. In addition, the elegant olive wood handle adds a refined, understated presence to any place setting.

Use & Care:
Proper care will preserve the performance and beauty of your Oliva Elite knife for years to come.
- Hand wash only using warm water and a mild detergent
- Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately after washing
- Clean the blade promptly after cutting acidic or salty foods such as tomatoes, citrus, or vinegar-based ingredients
- Never place in the dishwasher, as heat and detergents will damage both blade and handle
- Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or wood cream to the olive wood handle every few weeks
- Store in a blade guard, knife block, or on a magnetic rack to protect the edge
With regular care, the blade will maintain its sharpness and the olive wood handle will develop a rich, natural patina over time.
