Scanpan Coppernox

Designed in Denmark, the Coppernox series from Scanpan showcases a gleaming stainless body with sleek cast stainless handles with stay-cool, soft-touch silicone inserts. The lids are constructed from tempered glass and stainless steel and are both eye-catching and sturdy.

The base is impact-bonded, with a stunning band of copper-infused to it, ensuring rapid and even heat distribution. It is made from five layers of impact-bonded fused metals – stainless steel interior, then a layer of pure aluminium, a copper core, a further layer of pure aluminium and then a stainless steel exterior.
