Constructed from food-grade silicone reinforced with a fibreglass woven centre, it provides a non-absorbent non-stick surface that won’t retain odours. It distributes heat evenly to help prevent sticky or burnt bases and is oven safe to 230°C/446°F as well as freezer safe to -40°C/-40°F.
