Made from heavy-gauge cast aluminium for even heat distribution, it features a double non-stick coating to ensure effortless release and clean-up every time.

  • For best results, use a pastry brush to evenly coat the pan with soft butter or oil to ensure all corners are well coated.
  • For light cakes, sprinkle flour, and for darker cakes, sprinkle cocoa powder over the greased pan to aid release after baking.
  • Avoid cooking sprays.
  • To avoid overflow, fill the batter ¾ full and gently tap on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Allow the cake to cool before releasing it and decorating it with a dusting of icing sugar, fruit, or glazes.

Care:

  • This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge, and freezer safe.
  • Always use an oven glove when hot.
  • Before first use, carefully remove all packaging, rinse with warm, soapy water, and dry thoroughly.
  • It is NOT suitable for microwave use or on a direct heat source or flame.
  • Avoid using metal utensils and metal scourers to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.
