How to use:
- Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn anticlockwise for a coarser grind.
- Unscrew the adjustment wheel and remove the ceramic cone. Use a stiff brush to clean both the grinder stone and the cone.
- If necessary, immerse the ceramic cone in warm water to dissolve any remaining residue. Ensure that all ceramic parts are completely dry—allow at least 24 hours—before reassembling and using the grinder again.
- If you want to use your grinder for a different spice, we recommend grinding some coarse salt through your grinder. This will remove spice residues and clean the ceramic parts.
