Use this cutter and plunger to produce dogwood flower shaped cutouts from fondant or gum paste. Roll out the fondant or gum paste, cut out the shape with the cutter, then press the plunger to emboss the flower and press out with the plunger. Can also be used to emboss directly onto your cake.
