- Before first use, remove all paper and labels. Clean your new cookware with hot, soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly.
- Although your cookware is dishwasher safe, it is recommended that you hand wash it in warm, soapy water to ensure the longevity of the non-stick surface. Use a soft nylon scourer to remove all traces of food residue and grease.
- Cooking on low to medium heat is recommended in most applications. High heat should only be used for short-term searing or browning.
- Your cookware suits gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cooktops.
- Never allow your cookware to boil dry, and always allow it to cool down before placing it in water.
- The handles may become hot during use, so it is recommended that you have oven mitts available when handling your cookware.
