500ml thickened cream
1 tbs vanilla essence

75g hundreds and thousands biscuits, roughly broken
1/4 cup hundreds and thousands sprinkles

METHOD

In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed to combine the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in the cream and vanilla essence.
Pour the mixture into the frozen freezer bowl of the Cuisinart Cool Scoops Ice Cream Maker and let it mix until thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the broken biscuits and 100’s and 1000’s and continue mixing until the add-ins are combined.
Serve fresh and enjoy!
