We are a one-off shop. We are only located in beautiful Taupo. (11 Gascoigne Street, Taupo, 3330, New Zealand) Come visit us!

Yes! Please advise us when you order what occasion the gift is for & we will wrap it accordingly. If in-store we do ask for a voluntary donation to the local food bank for this service and appreciate anything that can be given.

Not yet… We have a huge stock inventory in-store, over 28,000 products! We’re slowly getting there with over 16,500 items online from over 400 brands!
If you would like us to add something online that isn’t already so you can order, please get in touch with us, and we will ensure it’s online as quickly as possible for you.

No, we do not offer any other forms of delivery. We do offer free in-store pick-up as an alternative.

Our standard opening hours are as follows:

Mon – Fri: 9-5

Sat: 9-4

Sun: 10-3

For public holidays, we close the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday & Anzac Day.

On other public holiday days, we open at 10 am.

Unfortunately, our web and physical stores inventory are not synced, meaning we have to deal manually with our stock levels for tens of thousands of items on a day-to-day basis. Due to this, sometimes, if an item is showing in stock or out of stock, this may not always be up-to-the-minute accurate, but we do try our best! Additionally, stock can be inaccurate due to damages, missing or theft. Please double-check with us before ordering if you need an order immediately or after specific quantities.

For some items, when there are problems with availability, such as our supplier is out of stock or if an item is discontinued, we manage the inventory online so no more than what is available can sell. This is why some items have a quantity in stock displayed when you are browsing online. This is also manually updated. Every other item on our online store either shows as out of stock or it allows you to add it to your cart, meaning it is available to order.
