One pot. Endless possibilities.
The Ironclad Old Dutch is more than a Dutch oven. It is five cookers in one. Crafted in satin enamelled cast iron, its two halves transform into a Dutch oven, bread oven, smoker, dual skillets, or a stacked double-layer cooker. From slow braises to fresh loaves, sizzling sears to campfire feasts, this heirloom piece handles it all with steady, even heat on any cooking surface.
Finished in timeless Olive Leaf satin enamel, it doubles as a centrepiece for serving at the table. Built to last for generations, the Old Dutch is guaranteed for life and becomes naturally non-stick with every use.

With its thick 5mm base, exceptional heat retention and a lid that doubles as a skillet, the Old Dutch is ready for roasting, frying, baking, smoking and more. Safe for all heat sources, including induction, gas, ceramic, oven and campfire, it delivers consistent results wherever you cook. Built to last for generations, it includes Ironclad’s Three Generation Guarantee with a 100-year product warranty cast directly into the iron.

Everything you love about cooking with Ironclad. Everything you love about soap.
Quick Care:
- Wash in warm, soapy water.
- Use a soft cloth or gentle sponge.
- Rinse well and dry fully with a soft towel. Store in a dry place. If stacking, place a cloth between pans.
Dishwashers will reduce its life. Think of it like a premium chopping board, a knife, or a hat you really like. You wouldn’t put them in a dishwasher. While Ironclad cookware can take almost anything, dishwashers strip, crack, and damage.

The Ironclad Pan Company was founded in 2016 by Kate Slavin, Levi Slavin and Joe Carter. All three were working in design, branding and communications, and all three were looking to create a sustainable product that would be a return to beautiful craft and traditional techniques. In an era of disposable products, the team wanted to create a meaningful object that people only had to buy once. Something precious, that could be handed down for generations.
