Use & Care Instructions – MasterPro Electric Meat Mincer

Before First Use

• Carefully read all safety and usage instructions before operating this appliance.
• Ensure the voltage on the rating label matches your home’s mains power supply.
• Wash all parts (except the main body) in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth or tea towel.
• Make sure the On/Off/Reverse knob is in the OFF position before plugging in the appliance.

General Use

• This appliance is intended for indoor household use only and is not suitable for industrial or commercial purposes.
• Always place the mincer on a hard, flat and stable surface such as a benchtop or table during use.
• Assemble and disassemble the unit only when it is unplugged.
• Do not operate continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow the motor to cool for 10 minutes before resuming use.
• Use only the included accessory attachments. Do not affix mincing plates or blades when using the kibbeh piping attachment.
• When feeding food into the mincer, only use the provided food pusher. Never use your hands or any utensils.

What Not to Mince

• Do not attempt to grind hard items such as bones, nuts, ginger, or any foods with tough fibres.
• Excessive force when feeding food may cause jamming or damage the appliance.

If Food Becomes Jammed

• If the mincer stops working or gets jammed, switch the control from ON to REVERSE, then back to ON if necessary.
• Do not continue to operate the appliance if it is jammed, as this may damage the motor.

Safety Precautions

• Keep small parts out of reach of children—they pose a choking hazard.
• This appliance must not be used by children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised and properly instructed.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
• When carrying the appliance, always hold the main body with both hands. Do not carry it by the food tray or cutter head.
• Do not operate the appliance if the circuit breaker has been activated or if the appliance appears damaged.
• Never attempt repairs yourself. Only use original replacement parts and consult professional technicians or an authorised service centre for servicing.

Electrical Safety

• Do not use with extension cords, remote controls, or external timers.
• Do not immerse the appliance, plug or cord in water or any liquid.
• Ensure the cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Always unplug by grasping the plug, not by pulling the cord.
• Unplug the unit when not in use, before cleaning, or when storing.

Cleaning & Storage

• Always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning or storing.
• Wipe the appliance body with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using alkaline cleaning agents.
• All detachable parts can be hand-washed in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before reassembling or storing.
• Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture and heat.
