Designed for delicate tasks and heirloom quality.
Every detail counts, and this knife delivers. The Messermeister Oliva Elite Paring Knife 9 cm handles peeling, trimming, coring, and delicate garnishing with ease. Also, it gives confident control while slicing fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Small but powerful, it excels at tasks that demand accuracy.
Because craftsmanship matters, expert artisans forge each blade by hand. They use a single billet of premium German stainless steel. Next, they hand-finish each knife in Solingen using techniques refined over generations. As a result, the 15-degree Elite edge stays sharp, and the flat grind blade allows smooth, controlled slicing.
In addition, the olive wood handle combines comfort and elegance. Artisans sculpt each handle for a secure grip and warm touch. Because it is naturally antibacterial, it remains safe and beautiful through daily use. Every knife is unique, blending heirloom-quality design with lasting performance for home or professional cooks.

Use & Care:
Proper care will preserve the performance and beauty of your Oliva Elite knife for years to come.
- Hand wash only using warm water and a mild detergent
- Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately after washing
- Clean the blade promptly after cutting acidic or salty foods such as tomatoes, citrus, or vinegar-based ingredients
- Never place in the dishwasher, as heat and detergents will damage both blade and handle
- Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or wood cream to the olive wood handle every few weeks
- Store in a blade guard, knife block, or on a magnetic rack to protect the edge
With regular care, the blade will maintain its sharpness and the olive wood handle will develop a rich, natural patina over time.
