Instructions:

• Position meat on rack and place in roasting pan
• Cook according to the recipe
• To remove cooked meat, use oven mitts to lift the roasting rack and place directly onto serving platter or cutting board.
• Pull the pin out and rack sides are easily removed leaving the meat ready to serve or carve.
