The Victorinox Swibo Slaughter Knife Widened Tip 21cm is a professional-grade butcher’s knife designed for precision cutting and breaking down of larger pieces of meat. Its narrow, stiff 21cm blade gives you excellent control while slicing through tough cuts, while the widened tip allows easy handling and safe separation of meat.

Crafted in Switzerland from high-quality martensitic stainless steel, the blade delivers long-lasting sharpness, flexibility where needed, and corrosion resistance. The bright yellow ergonomic handle ensures visibility in busy kitchens, while the non-slip grip provides comfort and confidence during prolonged use. Made from non-porous Swiss polyamide and injection moulded onto the blade, the handle is hygienic, durable, and built to withstand sterilisation and high-temperature environments up to 110°C.
