Get ready to turn up the heat and take your tastebuds on a tropical adventure!

These sizzling prawns are marinated in a fiery fusion of Caribbean jerk spices and spicy sriracha, delivering the perfect balance of smoky, sweet and punchy heat. Whether you’re firing up the BBQ or searing them in a hot pan, this dish is bold, vibrant and made to impress.
Perfect for sharing (or not!) with rice, salad, or wrapped in warm tortilla’s.

Let the flavour fiesta begin!

 

Method:
  1. Pre-heat BBQ or pan
  2. Put frozen prawns in a bowl and generously toss Hunt & Gather Caribbean Jerk Rub through until liberally coated.
  3. Lay the prawns on the BBQ, and turn when ready (5-6 minutes each side for us)
  4. Serve with a dollop of Spicy Sriracha – makes the best dipping sauce!
  5. Enjoy!
