  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar (confectioners' sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped roasted salted peanuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
