This nice twist on everyone’s favourite campfire snack will be the highlight of any party or movie night. These Mini S’mores Cups are a buttery graham cracker cup filled with a gooey marshmallow and topped with chocolate. Sweet, tender, and ready to enjoy in just minutes!
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter.
- Divide and press into the 24 wells of your USA Pan Mini Muffin Pan. Bake for 4 minutes.
- Set oven to broil. Place one half of a marshmallow on top of crust, cut side down. Broil until marshmallows are light brown, 1-2 minutes.
- Immediately place one chocolate on top of each cup.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
