This zesty Moroccan dessert gets a touch of sweetness with a tangy marmalade glaze.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 150°C
- With an electric mixer, beat together the eggs and sugar until thick. Gradually beat in the oil.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt, and then the orange juice.
- Beat until smooth, and add the orange zest and vanilla, and mix well.
- Pour mix in to your USA Pan Fluted Tube Cake Pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- When ready to take out of the oven let cool, slice and serve!
