  • 450g Pork Mince (with good amount of fat)
  • 2 Spring Onion Stalks
  • Good Scrunch of Hunt & Gather Peking Pulled Pork Seasoning (about 2 Tsp)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Chinese Cooking Wine
  • 4 Tsp Water for mixture

This is your sign to make homemade dumplings.. 

Pork mince laced with Asian spices using Hunt & Gather Pulled Pork Seasoning.

These are so easy to make and so delicious!

 

Method:
  1. Place all the filling ingredients in a large bowl and give a good mix. 
  2. Grab a dumpling wrapper and place in about a heaped tsp of the filling in the centre. 
  3. With your finger brush the edges of the wrapper with some water (this will help to seal the dumpling)
  4. Fold in half to make a semi circle and pinch in the centre. Then pinch and gather each side to the middle. 
  5. Continue till all the filling is used. I found this amount made about 35 dumplings. 
  6. Prepare by either boiling, steaming or pan frying and serve with your choice of dipping sauce. 
  7. Enjoy!
