  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into large chunks

  • ½ lime, peeled
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded if desired
  • ½ tsp kosher salt, optional

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 3. Pulse 10 to 20 times using the tamper to press ingredients towards the blades until the desired consistency is reached.
