Method:

Strawberry Nutella Yoghurt Bark

  1. Prepare a quarter-sheet pan (or a larger sheet pan, if desired) lined with parchment paper.
  2. Fill the pan with strawberry Greek yoghurt and spread it with the back of a spoon so the entire pan is filled. The amount of yoghurt will determine how thick you want your bark.
  3. Sprinkle granola and sliced strawberries on top of yoghurt. Drizzle with the desired amount of Nutella or nut butter.
  4. Freeze overnight. Before breaking into park pieces, be sure the yoghurt is completely frozen.
  5. Break or cut the yoghurt into pieces. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
  6. Enjoy!

NOTE: For a swirled effect in the yogurt, spread yogurt evenly onto a sheet pan. Drizzle Nutella across the pan. Use a toothpick and swirl back and forth on the pan. Layer fruit and granola on top and freeze overnight.

Layered Granola & Fruit Yoghurt Bark

  1. Prepare a quarter-sheet pan (or a larger sheet pan, if desired) lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of yoghurt in the sheet pan. Pour granola onto the first yoghurt layer.
  3. Spread more yoghurt on top of the granola so it is completely covered and the pan is filled. Add enough yoghurt to the desired thickness.
  4. Sprinkle berries, more granola, and honey if desired.
  5. Freeze bars overnight. Before breaking into pieces, be sure the yoghurt is completely frozen.
  6. Break or cut the yoghurt into pieces. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
  7. Enjoy!
