  • 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Orange Bitters
  • 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
  • 1 Bittercube Cocktail Cedar
  • Glass:
  • Coupe or Nick and Nora

This citrusy cousin to the Martini is a great spirit-forward sipper all year round. The icy and herbaceous Genepy blends seamlessly with a crisp London Dry, and Bolivar & Orange bitters amp up the aromatics.

Method:
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel and then fill with ice.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. For a low ABV variation, use N/A gin.

*To smoke a glass and impart a robust cedar aroma, ignite a Bittercube cocktail cedar, then invert a glass over the flame to fill with the smoke. Place an inverted glass and a cedar on a plate or flame-resistant surface until the cocktail is ready to strain into the glass.
