Ghost Chilli
Certainly not for the faint-hearted! Made from the bhut jolokia, or ghost pepper. It was at one stage recognised as the world’s hottest pepper and was believed to have acquired the name “Ghost” because of the somewhat milky colour the just-ripe pepper assumes, which differentiates it from other peppers. These ghost chillies are grown in Nagaland, India. This seasoning will add fire to any dish, spice rub, sauce or marinade. Exceeds 1 million SHU’s on the Scoville scale! Use with care!
