Preparing your ham bag:

1. Soak your ham bag in a solution of water and one tablespoon of vinegar, then wring out excess moisture.
2. Remove your ham from its plastic wrapping, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
3. Remove the rind from the ham by loosening the edges and rolling it off in one piece
4. Place your ham in its ham bag and refrigerate.
5. To maintain freshness, rinse out your ham bag every 3 days in the water and vinegar mixture, and always keep the bag moist.
