Egginton best selling Professional Sharpening Steel is available with a square section blade in high carbon chrome vanadium steel, hardened to 64° Rockwell C and hard chrome plated. This Steel is fitted with a sterilisable, non-absorbent white polypropylene handle with a 38mm square guard and stainless steel hanging ring. A Dual Cut Steel with two-quarters # 3 Fine Cut and the other two quarters are No. 7 Polished finish, 300mm blade.
