Slim, sharp, and balanced, it delivers precise portioning while making presentation effortless.

Because craftsmanship is essential, artisans forge each blade by hand. They hot drop forge it from a single billet of premium German stainless steel. Next, they hand-finish the knife in Solingen using techniques refined over generations. As a result, the 15-degree Elite edge stays razor-sharp, while the flat grind ensures controlled, consistent slicing.

In addition, the olive wood handle blends elegance and comfort. The Mediterranean olive wood is sculpted for a secure, ergonomic grip.   • Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately after washing
  • Clean the blade promptly after cutting acidic or salty foods such as tomatoes, citrus, or vinegar-based ingredients
  • Never place in the dishwasher, as heat and detergents will damage both blade and handle
  • Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or wood cream to the olive wood handle every few weeks
