To use the julienne blades: remove the deck, flip it over to expose the julienne blades, and snap it back into position. See further instructions below.

Care
- We recommend handwashing only so the blades are not damaged in the dishwasher
- Rinsing thoroughly after use in warm water to remove trapped particles is recommended
- Dry thoroughly after use and store in a dry, moisture-free environment
The product is shipped with the V-slicing blade in position and should also be stored in this position.
Instructions for Slicing

- Set the slicer blade to the desired thickness by turning the infinity dial located on the backside of the unit.
- Firmly hold the handle of the slicer in one hand, either resting the rubber feet on a flat surface or by positioning the bowl hooks on the base of the unit over the rim for stability.
- Hold and align the food guard over the food to be sliced. Push food into prongs and textured plate or open food guard to grip food.
- Apply steady pressure to the food guard as you carefully move food over the blade.
Use caution to avoid blade contact with hand

Instructions for Julienne
- Remove the deck by placing a finger in the slot and pulling up.
- Once the deck is removed, flip the deck over to expose the julienne blades.
- Snap deck back into place inside the unit. Follow steps 1-4 above.
