Weck glass mold jars are made with thick glass to withstand boiling, sterilising and processing over and over again
The J. Weck preserving company was founded at the beginning of the last century in Oflingen, Germany, and their glass is still manufactured there today. They are of such high quality they can even be used for baking in making them the most versatile jar around. This mold style jar has a slightly tapered shape to it. Lots of uses including pantry storage, serving appetisers, breakfasts, or desserts, as well as preserving, of course, gifting & more!

NOTE: Mold jars all take the Large-sized seal and the large-sized wooden lid, excluding the mini mold jars (below 140ml).
Scratches, divots, cooling swirls and other small imperfections are completely normal and can appear on the surface of the jars and glass lids. All glass jars and lids are submitted to an electronic eye that will detect serious flaws.
