Perfect homemade granola bars for a quick and easy snack on the go! Your kids will love these and are perfect for school snacks, or a mid-day snack. Truly, a snack your whole family would enjoy!
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (Oats, rice cereal, flaxseed, salt, and any extras) and set aside for now.
- In a medium bowl mix together all wet ingredients, until they’re completely blended (honey, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla extract).
- Pour medium bowl into the large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour your mixture into your USA Pan Seamless 8″ Square Cake Pan and press firmly into an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until barley golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. Then transfer bars to the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. This is important for the bars to hold together.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into 12 bars.
- Store them in the refrigerator, covered tightly, or freeze for up to 3 months.
