Use & Care
DO NOT use as a cutting board. Knives and sharp utensils may damage the surface and diminish the quality and durability of the defrosting plate and tray. To clean, separate the defrosting plate from the tray by unscrewing each corner from the back.
- Handwash with warm water and washing-up liquid
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth
NOTE:
If you keep defrosting frozen meat on the board one after another, it is normal that the thawing speeds will lower. Thawing times will vary depending on the thickness of the frozen item, although on average food should take between 30 and 60 minutes to fully defrost.
