Care Instructions for Enamelled Cookware:
Important:
- Avoid striking the product with utensils during use
Before First Use:
- Wash the pan with warm water and mild detergent
- If the label is difficult to remove, gently warm the pan to loosen it
During Use:
- Never heat the pan while empty
- Avoid overheating; always monitor heat intensity
- Safe for oven use, but not suitable for microwaves
- Stainless steel or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid striking or banging the interior with utensils
Maintenance & Cleaning:
- Enamel coating is easy to clean but not non-stick, so food may adhere
- To loosen stuck-on food, fill the pan with warm soapy water and leave for at least 1 hour, then wash with hot water and detergent
- Store in a safe place where it won’t be knocked or chipped
- When using on ceramic or halogen hobs, always lift the pan instead of sliding to avoid scratching the surface
