A range of authentic pans for paella and other traditional dishes from one of the last remaining manufacturers in Valencia, the home of Spain’s national dish, PAELLA.

Enamelled pans are ideal for cooking various dishes in your kitchen or outside on an open fire or grill. The large paella pans are great for opening shellfish or stir-fries, cooking potatoes, stews and soups.

Use the small ones to serve tapas or other traditional small plates found in every bar in Spain. They’re great for the boat, as they won’t rust. Plus, the heavy steel heats up quickly, so it uses less gas or power.

Features:

  • 2 generous sizes: 34cm & 38cm
  • Won’t rust
  • Easy to clean
  • Long life durability
  • Heavy steel heats up quickly
  • Use in your kitchen or outside on an open fire or grill
  • May be used in the oven
  • 2 year guarantee

Care Instructions for Enamelled Cookware:

Important:

  • Avoid striking the product with utensils during use

Before First Use:

  • Wash the pan with warm water and mild detergent
  • If the label is difficult to remove, gently warm the pan to loosen it

During Use:

  • Never heat the pan while empty
  • Avoid overheating; always monitor heat intensity
  • Safe for oven use, but not suitable for microwaves
  • Stainless steel or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid striking or banging the interior with utensils

Maintenance & Cleaning:

  • To loosen stuck-on food, fill the pan with warm soapy water and leave for at least 1 hour, then wash with hot water and detergent
  • Store in a safe place where it won’t be knocked or chipped
  • When using on ceramic or halogen hobs, always lift the pan instead of sliding to avoid scratching the surface
