Direct Credit (bank to bank)

You can pay by direct credit by going to your personal online bank account and making a payment using the bank account details provided.

Please include your order number and your name in the reference fields.

This needs to be paid within a timely manner. Excluding over weekend periods and public holidays orders without payment received within 3 days will be cancelled. The stock will not be held and a re-order will need to be processed online if you do require it.

Other Payment Methods

In-store Gift Vouchers

Our physical in-store vouchers are mainly used for in-store shopping and aren’t set up to function on the website automatically. There is a manual way to get around this, so you can use your voucher online if you wish.

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, after entering all your shipping & billing details, leave your voucher number and the voucher amount in the order notes.
Choose the payment option of ‘Direct Bank Transfer’. If you are spending more than the voucher amount, only pay the difference to the bank account number shown. If you are spending the exact amount of the voucher, or less, use this same method and disregard any additional payment. We will take note of how much is remaining on your voucher, if any.

Online Only Gift Vouchers

If you have been sent an Online Only Gift Voucher, this can be redeemed in two ways.

Visit the Redeem Gift Voucher page. Enter your voucher code while logged in, and redeem the voucher value to your account. This saves the voucher value as store credit to your account. This store credit can be used in the checkout.
In the checkout, right before the payment options, there is the option to add your online gift voucher code. This applies the gift voucher to your cart and deducts the amount from your total. Don’t worry, if your voucher is for more than your cart, the remainder will still be kept on the voucher.

Store Credit

If you happen to have a store credit from redeeming an online only gift voucher, or have been given a store credit as a refund from a previous order, you are able to use your store credit in the checkout. There will be a prompt asking if you’d like to apply the credit to the order.
