- Hand-wash bowl, paddle, and lid with warm soapy water
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water
- Pre-Freeze the Bowl
Freeze upright for 24 hours at -20°C or lower. Ensure the bowl is dry and uncovered.
- Assemble the Maker
Attach the paddle to the motor. Secure the motorised lid to the bowl, aligning the “ ” mark with the catch.
- Add Your Mixture
Pour up to 250ml of prepared mixture into the bowl or through the lid opening.
- Switch On
Press the power button. Work quickly to avoid premature freezing.
- Churn and Enjoy
In 15–20 minutes, enjoy smooth ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yoghurt. For firmer texture, freeze for 1–2 hours after churning.
- Serve and Clean
Switch off, remove paddle, and serve. Hand-wash paddle, lid, and bowl. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
