The Appetito Adjustable Cheese Slicer was created with hard cheese in mind. Slice your favourite cheese however you prefer, thick or thin, thanks to this slicer’s adjustable wire and tight locking mechanism.
Length of wire: 9.5 cm
Instructions:
- Adjust depth to desired thickness, then tighten the brass-locking screw
- Slicing wire slices in any direction cleanly and evenly
- Hand wash only
Helpful Hint
Leave your block of cheese out to come to room temperature before slicing to ensure a nice, easy cut and prevent the cheese from crumbling.
