A multifunctional tool, it is also suitable for crushing and mincing peeled ginger root, chopped onion and nuts. Made from one piece of brushed 18/8 stainless steel, it is sturdy, and durable and features 71 patterned perforations to crush and mince evenly. The stainless steel material even eliminates garlic odour from your hands.
Unlike a conventional garlic press, by using downward pressure and a rocking motion, it crushes cloves efficiently and evenly, forcing the pieces up through the perforations. Crushed and minced pieces are collected on the inside surface, allowing them to be spooned or scraped easily and directly into a bowl or pan. Simply place on top of garlic clove and rock back and forth.
