Bold. Timeless. Unmistakably Italian.

For more than 90 years, the iconic Bialetti Moka Express has been at the heart of authentic Italian coffee culture. Since its invention in 1933, the Moka Express has revolutionised home coffee making and become one of Italy’s most celebrated design icons, earning a place in prestigious collections including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan.

Now, Bialetti and Dolce&Gabbana continue their celebrated partnership with the launch of the Leopardo Collection, a bold new interpretation that fuses Italian craftsmanship with the unmistakable glamour of Dolce&Gabbana. The energy of the Leo motif and its bold pattern transform the Dolce&Gabbana Moka Express into a truly contemporary style accessory, where the striking character of the print meets the iconic Bialetti design.

Available in both 3-cup and 6-cup Moka Express sizes, as well as 4-cup and 6-cup Moka Induction sizes, each coffee maker is crafted in Italy and individually decorated with the exclusive Dolce&Gabbana Leopardo design, making every piece as beautiful on display as it is in use. Presented in premium collector-style packaging, the collection is designed for coffee lovers, design enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates exceptional craftsmanship.

Completing the collection is Perfetto Moka Audace, Bialetti’s ground coffee blend born from the meeting of Bialetti’s master roasting expertise and Dolce&Gabbana’s creative flair. Presented in an exclusive tin decorated with the iconic Leopardo motif, Perfetto Moka Audace is a bold coffee that expresses passion, elegance and Italian character.

IMPORTANT: Please refer to your induction stove dimension guideline to ensure compatibility.

“Two icons of the Made in Italy tradition come together to celebrate the beauty of the Italian coffee ritual. Thus, the exquisite Moka Induction Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana is born, an exclusive coffee maker suitable for use on induction cooktops due to its dual-layer boiler technology. An outer steel layer allows it to be used on induction cooktops, while an inner aluminium layer ensures even heat distribution.

The Moka Induction, enhanced by the unmistakable energy of the Dolce&Gabbana Leopardo print, brings together iconic design and Italian creativity in a special edition with a bold, contemporary character, where the iconic animal print motif envelops the surface with strong expressive impact. It transforms the coffee ritual into an everyday gesture of style, passion and Italian excellence, brought to you by Dolce&Gabbana.

Constructed from food-grade aluminium, stainless steel and complete with Bialetti’s patented safety valve. The Moka Induction preserves iconic design elements such as the distinctive octagonal design of the original Moka, while the innovative bi-layer steel & aluminium base allows for use on all cooktops, including induction.

To produce an authentic espresso in minutes, simply fill the bottom with water, add your favourite espresso ground coffee to the funnel, and gently heat on your stovetop.

Please note, the cup size refers to an espresso cup which is approximately 30 ml. The actual volume of brewed coffee is dependent on the volume of water and the grind or type of coffee added to the pot prior to brewing.

Each Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana Moka Induction features hand-applied designs that may result in slight variations in the placement of Dolce&Gabbana’s signature motifs. These variations are to be expected and ensure that no two Moka Induction pots are exactly alike.

Each Bialetti Dolce&Gabbana Moka Induction has distinctive characteristics related to variations in the position of decorative motifs on the collector.

Capacity:

6 cups

Features:

Induction-Capable

Material:

Aluminium

Use and Care:

Before First Use:

  • Before using the coffeemaker for the first time, it’s a good idea to wash all the parts in hot water first. The Bialetti Induction is NOT dishwasher safe.
  • We recommend that you throw away the first 3 brews.
  • It’s really important that you don’t use the handle while unscrewing, as this can cause the handle to break.

Making Coffee:

Watch the video on making stovetop espresso or see below…

  • Fill the base with water to just below the level of the safety valve. Be careful not to overfill, as the air in the space between the water and the coffee filter is what heats and forces the water up through the coffee. If the water tank is overfilled, the result is boiled coffee, with a bitter or burnt taste.
  • Insert the funnel.
  • Loosely fill the funnel with espresso ground coffee; do not press the coffee down.
  • Screw the top section firmly to the base.
  • Place the coffeemaker on a low to medium heat. When using on gas, adjust the flame so that it does not extend up the side of the pot.
  • It takes only 3 – 6 minutes, depending on the size of the coffeemaker and the intensity of heat, until it’s ready to serve.
  • Remove immediately from the heat once the coffee pot is full. Do not allow it to boil, and do not put on full heat, as this may cause the coffee to have a burnt taste.
  • Disassemble and hand wash in warm water. Suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs.

1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler and fill it to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Be careful! The blend must have a specific grind for the Moka pot that is not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously, without pressing the coffee.
3. Want to know a little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time. It is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has risen completely in the collector, turn off the heat.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: tasting it. To best savour all the aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as you pour it into the cup.
