- Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a mild detergent and pat it dry after every wash.
- Use lukewarm water to clean the pan.
- Avoid high-temperature washing.
- Do not use the Ooni Detroit-style pizza pan at temperatures above 370 °C/700 °F.
- Do not expose the pan to direct flame. This will cause discolouration and/or warping.
