This elegant decorative Maitre D’ Knife Block by Scanpan is made of oil-treated Oakwood and designed to emulate the shape of the knife handles. Thoughtful horizontally positioned knife slots help to protect the knife blades and reduce wear of the knife edges. These Maitre D’ Knives are constructed with Ice hardened-Corrosion resistant German stainless steel blades (DIN 1-4116) and feature superior taper ground cutting edge for maximum sharpness.
